  9.     I'm very upset I'm not able to get the DSVD upgrade (V34+) for my modem. I
  10. bought it in the US in January, and chose the DSVD over the normal Sportster
  11. not because of the simultaneous voice and data capabilities, but for the flash
  12. rom feature.

  14.     I live in Argentina, and now I'm reading that because I don't live in the
  15. US I can't get the upgrade. I even called (in a desperate attempt) the USR BBS,
  16. which is way expensive for me (about $2,5 the minute), but couldn't download
  17. the upgrade cause the door requieres to call me (and it only supports US
  18. callers).

  20.     I don't mind what problems USR is having with the upgrades worldwide. I
  21. paid for it, and paid good cash, I didn't pay less "cause I wouldn't get an
  22. upgrade". So I really would appreciate someone's help, a USR representative or
  23. whoever. I really feel disappointed and forgotten.

  25.     As a local sysop of quite a well known BBS in Argentina, I don't think I
  26. would recomend USR anymore.
